Marjorie Taylor Greene is resigning from Congress.

She released a video and statement on Friday night.

She noted, “I will be resigning from office with my last day being January 5, 2026.”

Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia announced on Friday night that she will resign her seat in the House of Representatives effective Jan. 5.

Greene’s announcement, in a video and statement posted on X, came after a dramatic break with President Donald Trump.
