The Indivisible Project has launched the “Truth Brigade”.
“Truth Brigade” is a group of unpaid volunteers who are going to combat “disinformation”.
According to the Forbes report, they will look at all alleged “misinformation” but are particularly focused on “those with right-wing origins”.
The Indivisible Project currently has 2,500 volunteers but they hope to get “tens of thousands” of volunteers.
The Indivisible Project has launched what the progressive group hopes will be the biggest online campaign aimed at stopping disinformation, organizing thousands of activists in the hopes that spreading accurate user-generated content will be more effective than automated fact-checking.
